Evette Vargas

Co-Founder, Writer, Director, Producer

Evette Vargas is an award-winning writer, director, and producer, featured in Forbes and named by the New York Times as an “Artist to Watch.” Evette has produced digital content for Amazon, MTV, Bravo, DirectTV, Vivendi; and interactive media for Fast And Furious, Lord Of The Rings trilogy, Madonna, Wu-Tang Clan, Activision, Electronic Arts, among others. Evette also executive produced, wrote and directed her digital series, Dark Prophet, starring Henry Rollins, which was in contention for two Emmys.

Recently, Evette served as the showrunner and writer of the writer’s room for a new AAA narrative videogame and she’s currently writing/producing a European co-production feature film. Evette wrote, directed, and produced her award-winning proof-of-concept short, Confessions, which she is bringing to television. Evette has also developed a series for Shout! Factory, written the feature film, Rapping with Shakespeare, for Reyes King Productions, and sold her drama series, Muses, to TNT Super Deluxe. In addition, Evette has served as the TV Development Executive at Hidden Empire Film Group for two years, building out their slate. Evette has written, directed, and produced over fifteen award-winning shorts, episodes, and projects, as well as been hired to direct a digital series.

A proud member of the Writers Guild of America, Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and Producers Guild of America, Evette was born in the Bronx and learned to tell stories at the dinner table with her Puerto Rican family, where the imagination ruled. Evette collects action figures, typewriters, and shoes; has past lives as a DJ, a fashion designer; and is a recovering New York City advertising Art Director. Evette earned her BFA in Film and Television from NYU Tisch School of the Arts and her MFA in Screenwriting from UCLA.

Ricardo Reyes

Co-Founder, Writer, Producer

Ricardo is a writer/producer with over fifteen years experience writing original screenplays, half-hour comedies and one-hour dramas. In addition to being a story structure aficionado, he brings a strong skillset in character development. Ricardo has also written, produced and directed his short film, “The Practice Kill,” and has worked as producer on the award-winning productions, “Dark Prophet” and “Confessions.”

On the business side, Ricardo brings years of experience in overseeing large teams in the successful management and completion of multi-million dollar projects as well as the creation and execution of working budgets.

Ricardo received honors from the School of Theatre, Film & Television at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he earned his MFA in Screenwriting with an emphasis in Television Showrunning.

The Angel

Composer, Artist

Brooklyn native, composer, The Angel has drawn on her early skills as a record producer and recording artist to become one of a handful of women to have scored studio and independent features as well as network and cable TV. The Angel has been tapped to bring her eclectic sensibilities to landmark feature films including BOILER ROOM (New Line) and UK cult hit, KiDULTHOOD, as well as TV drama series including STANDOFF (FOX) for showrunner Craig Silverstein, Jada Pinkett Smith’s HAWTHORNE (TNT) for showrunner Glen Mazzara and Ava DuVernay's CBS pilot FOR JUSTICE to highlight a few.

Her analytical approach to storytelling via musical score has also led The Angel to expand her creativity to screenwriting, producing and developing. The first of these, a TV drama series, garnered an offer from BBC America with Idris Elba as a producing partner. The Angel has also co-produced the award winning sports documentary, BORN TO LEAD: THE SAL AUNESE STORY as well as several proof of concept short films/pilots including CONFESSIONS created by writer/director Evette Vargas, which begins its festival run in 2023. 


The Angel has just scored the TV movie, HEIST 88 for director Menhaj Huda (Bassett/Vance and Paramount), and is in the midst of scoring two documentary features, including one on the seminal gay filmmaker, JAMES BIDGOOD and his groundbreaking film, PINK NARCISSUS. The Angel concurrently composes and develops for television and film and continues to release records on her Supa Crucial Recordings label
Jimmy A. Velarde

Jimmy Velarde has over forty years experience in the entertainment industry and has won 12 Emmy Awards for his production work at CBS Television Network, and in 2015 was Nominated for a Grammy Award for Rampart Records Latino. From January 1990 to the present, he has served as CEO of Creative Teamwork Entertainment, Inc., a multi-faceted entertainment company involved in film, television, music, and live concerts. He is an active member of The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences, Society of Cameraman, and currently sits on the board of directors of the Pacoima Historical Society.
Noah A. Waters III

Line Producer

Noah A Waters II is a multihyphenated young man who works as a Film Producer, Line Producer, Film Director, Screenwriter, Stand Up Comedian, Mental Illness, and disability Advocate. Unable to attend Film School, he worked his way up the hierarchy of the film set by sneaking on to set and volunteering until he became an asset lead producers sought out for film production.

Noah knew at a young age he was meant to tell stories but grew up with many disabilities and learning difficulties so he decided to live a life that would give him a plethora of interesting experiences he could gather on his metaphorical “memory pallet” with which to paint his stories with. Noah is a combat military veteran having served in both the US ARMY and as a Mercenary for multiple private military outfits.

Noah owns and operates Flawless Arts, a film, tv, and media production company, FunWithFilmMakers which is a non-profit mentorship foundation for betterment in the filmmaking community, and #MentalIllnessAdvocacy, a nonprofit foundation committed to tearing down the stigma around Mental Illness and offering concierge service for the Mentally Ill.

Noah is an experienced producer, director, screenwriter, and stand-up comedian who advocates for mental illness and disability rights. Unable to attend film school, he made his way onto production sets by volunteering or sneaking his way on. Slowly, he worked his way up the film set hierarchy until he became a asset for lead producers. From a young age, Noah knew storytelling was his passion — so despite any disabilities and learning difficulties he had, he lived a life that would give him experiences to draw from on his self-coined “Memory Palette” which he uses to paint his stories with. In addition to working in the creative industry, Noah is also a combat veteran of both the US Army and private military outfits.

He runs Flawless Arts — a company providing film, television, and media production services — as well as #FunWithFilmMakers, a nonprofit dedicated to mentoring and bettering others in the filmmaking community. He also created #MentalIllnessAdvocacy: a nonprofit organization devoted to overturning the stigma surrounding mental illness and offering help for those affected.

Ariella has over twenty years of experience in B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, with a focus on the fashion, entertainment, automotive and technology industries. A skilled team builder and leader, her work encompasses both the automotive manufacturer side and the agency side of experiential marketing, ranging from product launches to strategic consumer engagements.

Throughout her career, Ariella has cultivated a strong reputation for effectively managing client relationships, designing captivating experiences, and driving successful program operations. With a keen eye for innovation and emerging technologies, she consistently delivers groundbreaking solutions to elevate her clients' brands and projects.

Ariella's exceptional negotiation skills and strategic mindset have enabled her to secure optimal outcomes and maintain strong, lasting relationships with partners and collaborators. Her expertise lies in overseeing both creative and operations management, ensuring each endeavor reflects the highest standards of quality and performance.

In her new partnership with Indigo Reign Films, Ariella will provide strategic development for their clientele, helping redefine the realm of media production spanning film, television, commercials, podcasts, interactive, gaming, and music videos. Together, they are pioneering the art of storytelling, pushing the boundaries of production and embracing cutting-edge technologies to tell narratives.
